Unfortunately I miscarried a few days ago. This was my first and I was so happy and looking forward to my first appointment. I was 9 weeks and 4 days. I was cramping really bad and started bleeding. I was told to not worry but when I went to use the bathroom I passed a huge clot and knew it was over. Doctors told me to not freak out. The next day I went to my schedule appointment where they confirmed my miscarriage. I’ve been depressed since then. Not sure how to cope with this. I’m either crying or just numb. I pray all the September babies are healthy and well. Good luck mamas ❤️
