16 DPO, high BBTs, but BFN?!

Hi! Has anyone gotten a BFP after testing negative at 16 DPO? I have a triphasic chart with BBTs still very high. I am getting frustrated. If I’m not pregnant, I just want my period to start. At what point would you call the doctor if AF doesn’t show? 😢
