Constant urge to pee

I know you pee more often during pregnancy, but on days where I don’t drink a lot of water, for some reason I have the urge to pee so much more and it hurts when I have to go! As if I have a uti but I know that’s not what it is. It has happened twice so far this pregnancy (10 weeks). Anyone else? I’m peeing like 10 times per hour today!!!
