I don’t know what’s happening

Hi I was nearly 3 weeks late on and yesterday started bleeding not heavy but really light pink then today it’s got heavier but red blood I took a pregnancy test yesterday to and it’s came back with a really faint positive now it’s gone back really light pink what could this be Thankyou
