What happens when your water breaks?

Question

Is it gush? Does it trickle out? Was it a lot? Do you know it’s your water or do you think it’s just discharge or pee? I can’t tell & I’ve already been to the hospital a few weeks ago & I guess I just peed myself?

I had my water broken in the hospital and it was SOOOO much water that came out. It was warm and felt absolutely disgusting. Idk how it is when it breaks normally though 😫

So I had a bit of both. My first my water broke at home. I was going to the bathroom and I was sure I felt like liquid was kinda coming out before I sat down to go pee. I walked from the bathroom to the bedroom. As spon as I laid down the water started pouring out of me. It was undeniably my water at that point.

For me it was just gushes then it would stop. Then another gush. The water was tinted pink. I thought I had peed myself the first time and cleaned up and laid back down until I had another gush.

For me, it was a big gush. There was no maybe, I knew it was my waters. Thankfully I had a towel near by to wrap like a diaper while I waffled to the bathroom lol

It depends. Mine was a big gush and enough to make a puddle underneath me. It was undeniably my water. 
However my mom’s broke with me and it was a trickle. But the trickle only happened when she shifted positions (ie sitting to standing). 
If it’s clear and has no smell and keeps happening, go get checked.

With my first, it broke in the hospital and I felt a pop and then liquid between my legs.  With my 2nd I was in bed an I felt a pop. I was able to make it to the bathroom before it gushed out.

For my first I induced and when they broke it, it was a gush. With my second it broke on its own and it was a trickle down my legs. My third it broke while I was in labor at the hospital on its own and it was a huge gush. Completely soaked the bed and myself.

I initially had one big gush and a few minutes later had another gush. It had no smell or color so I knew it was my water. It was enough to soak through my clothes and a panty liner.
