My 3 yr old regressing
Hi so I had both my kids 4.5&3 sleep trained.. as of recently the little one is coming out of her crib at all times of night she’s got a bigger bed in her room too so sometimes she’s going there but not sleeping..:(. Tonight she’s gone in and out of her crib like 10 times I go up put her back to bed she stays then comes out in 10 min.. help! What is this?
