What do you do when your baby sleeps?

Just wondering what everyone else is doing during the day when your newborn is sleeping? I personally can’t nap, I was never a napper, I like to do things in my house, hangout on my phone, watch tv etc.

I sleep at night when baby sleeps. During the day I may nap but most of the time I don’t.

I just nap when my 2 years old nap. The rest of the day I play with him, eat or do chores.

Just depends on the day. I have a 4 and 6 year old, so if they’re getting screen time I try to sleep. Otherwise I’m spending time with them.
