I have 2 siblings. A 5 year old sister and a 12 year old brother. They come over to my apartment every once and a while. My mom is an alcoholic and moved out not too long ago. I did ask her if I could take the kids because I don't believes she can take care of them. She didn't let me though because they are her kids. I check up on them every single day and they come over when my mom let's them. I picked them up for the weekend and there are all these men in the house and a few women who looked like crack heads. I asked mom who they were and she said friends that are staying. They live in a three bedroom house. And there are like 5 men 3 women so where the hell if everyone staying. I take my siblings over to my apartment and I ask about the people staying and they are very quiet about it. My brother just puts his head down and says nothing. Friday night my brother was up and when I went to see what he was doing he had peed the bed. He stopped being the bed at like 4 so I asked was it a freak accident and he just said it happens every night now. I've only been moved out a couple months so it just started recently. Then tonight my sister was having a bath and I was getting her a towel and there are bruises between her legs! I call my mom to tell her and my mom said she fell down the stairs. I asked how you get bruises BETWEEN YOUR LEGS from falling down the stairs. She told me to stop being dramatic. I'm worried and not quite sure what to do. If it's nothing I would be getting cps involved for no reason and if it's something I'm not sure where my siblings would go. I'm 18 so I think I'm allowed to have legal guardianship. I think you have to be 21 to foster. And I'm the only family in our state. They could end up in a very bad foster home. Does anyone else know the laws better than me and can give me some insight?

Update: Hey guys just a quick update. I'm not really going to go into everything however my siblings are with me and will probably be staying with me for a quite a bit while things are being checked out at home. I'm disgusted with what has been going on in that home and I got free child therapy resources for them. Thank you guys. They are safe.
