Probably grasping at straws here, but just wondering if anyone needed assistance to conceive the first time but was able to conceive naturally after that?

I have PCOS but there is nothing else wrong with me or my husband. My cycle is a bit irregular and I don’t think I’ve always ovulated every month, but I do generally get my period once a month.

I needed fertility medication the first time, but since giving birth I feel like my cycle is more regular. I also know that I’m ovulating as I can feel it. I can’t help but wonder if maybe it would be possible to get pregnant naturally now.
