2020 was rough. My son was born 3 months early and 6 days later my large bowel perforated and I went into septic shock. I spent over a month in the hospital and now live with a ostomy bag. I felt unworthy of my bf love and the patience he had during my recovery, I was honestly so afraid he was going to leave but he proposed at the end of last year 😍
