So I had my normal heavy waterfall use of super plus tampons period a week ago which was normal for me .. exactly 7 days later I am bleeding but use of regular tampons with light cramps ..

Had sex the day after my period stop 6 days before the bleeding started

What are the possible reason for this ?

I am extremely regular always on time 21 days apart. Ovulate regularly I use strips and track each month for 3 years etc.
