Recommendations?

I have had the Mirena IUD for about 6 months now, and I think I want to have it taken out. My periods last 2 weeks With spotting inbetween, I’m starting to have some acne which I’ve never had before, and my boobs ALWAYS hurt. My hold up though is that I don’t know what other both control to use as I’ve heard horrible things about other implants/iuds. I’m way too forgetful to use the pill and my husband and I don’t really like condoms 😂 I know that I’m being a little picky but I want the best of both worlds!😂 any suggestions?
