Faint pos?

My husband came inside of me on the 30th, I had brown discharge this Saturday on the 6th. Then some cramping yesterday on Sunday. I just took a test and I feel like there’s a faint line? This would be our second baby. My first pregnancy the line was pretty faint also but I also found out very early.
