Trying to nap train...help!!
My 8 month old sleeps thru the night. But we haven’t stablished a nap time routine and in fact, she tends to take her first nap in the car seat and then the rest she’ll sleep on me while she nurses...
Any suggestions for the best way to get her to sleep in her crib during the day?
She sleeps in her magic Merlin at night. Do I put her in that for naps too or is that confusing?
