It looks like something both of my girls got. It wasn’t a rash but it was something that was related to cradle cap. It’s from the oils falling onto the face & causing redness & bumps. The doc had to prescribe a red scalp wash to clear up. Took less than a week to clear. ( assuming this is the same thing; theirs was all over the face though ) it’s started out looking like your picture before it continued to get worse. I’d post a pic but it’s not allowing me at this moment 🤦🏻‍♀️

I would put some aquaphor on it and give it a few days. If it gets worse, then call. But it’ll most likely go away.

Being a First time mama I called for everything and anything lol. I would recommend calling just to be safe, but it could be cradle cap?
