Depo Shot

I got my first depo shot on 1/8/21. According to my tracker I was supposed to start my period 10 days ago but im just having cramps and a lot of discharge but no period. I didn't have sex between my last period and the day I took the shot which is 2 days after it ended. But is it possible for the shot to stop your period after the first month? I was told 6 months to 1 year

When I went on depo it stopped my period within the first month. I would cramp but that’s it. When I went off and back on I had some spotting but never a period. It’s normal for it to happen.

After a while it stopped but I was on it for close to 3 years consistently and then on and off for 3 more years.

It stopped my periods up until it was the week before my time to get the shot again

For me, it stopped my period until the week of the next depo shot. But I would still have some cramps here and there

It’s different for everyone. I was on and off the shot for years. Sometimes it went away right when I got the shot. Other times I spotted for weeks or I’d have a random period here and there.
