I’m struggling 😭 My weight loss has been not good. I’m trying to get back on track! Show me your progress I need the inspiration. If you want, please share your stats too! 🌻 I struggle with PCOS and a Binge eating disorder and Major depressive disorder, that’s how I got to 330lbs💙 Currently losing weight for my health, happiness, and to start trying for a baby❤️

➡️42DDD bra size

➡️Pants size 18

➡️Shirt size XL-XXL (depending on shirt).

I have struggled so much so far but I’m so PROUD of how far I’ve come. 💕🏳️‍🌈🌻

The weight loss struggle is very real!! I’ve been on my current journey for almost 2 1/2 years, which is the longest I’ve ever stuck with it without giving up, and I’ve lost the most weight that I’ve ever lost during this time... despite having many struggles along the way. My progress is slow but steady & I’ve learned to be ok with that this time around. My starting weight was 371 (with my actual highest recorded weight being about 374) My current weight is 288 My ultimate weight goal throughout this journey has been 270, which is what I weighed 13 years ago when I got pregnant & when I was feeling more confident with my body, but I’d definitely be happy losing more! Here are my most recent “then & now” pics (“now” pic was taken this past Thursday).I’m definitely not where I want to be, but I’m getting there!!

Those curves are rockin. You look amazing and you can see all the hard work you’ve put in. Sometimes you have to adjust your routine when you hit a plateau. Look into hitting specific areas rather than focusing only on weight loss. Think today I am working on my abs, tomorrow will be a leg day. Mix it up and focus on toning for a bit. Not sure if that helps at all. But great work.
