My neighbors kids are little spawns from hell! I have never hated a child as much as I hate her kids. They are two girl 12 and 13 and a son who is 10. My son let my dog out to the backyard to use the bathroom and he went to pack to go with his dad. I took some medication and it makes me sleepy so I went to sleep. When I woke up I went downstairs to let him back in and when I did my dog had a large stick in his stomach. I started crying and screaming and I see those little shits in their yard laughing at me waiving sticks in the air. I wanted to take him to the vet, but he was gone... My boy is buried in our backyard now. My son ended up coming back from his dad because he was so upset when he found out. I banged on my neighbors door to tell them their little shits killed my dog. They said the dog was barking at their kids. So my dog who is in my FENCED yard barked at them so they trespassed on my property and killed my dog! She said her kids felt threatened. I told her, how if he was behind a fence. They had to jump over my fence to come over and kill him and she said I need to train my next dog not to bark. I'm so destroyed. I had him for 7 year since he was a pup, and I can't do anything because her kids are minors so legally my pup gets no justice. I can't believe some people raise their kids like this! RIP Milo baby!

Edit: If I call the police will they even be able to do anything because I thought because they are minors and not even 16 there wasn't much they could do?

Update: So the police did come by. They pretty much told me I needed to take them to court. I know suing is a pain in the ass but if it will get a point across and justice for my baby then I will! Also found out the same cop had dealt with this family but when they were in a different house so I'm not the only one who's had to call the cops on them.
