This question is for anyone who’s a CNA on here
I am having to get my CNA back ( just lost It in 2020) in order to get my QMA certification. I have two questions. Do any of you work with agency? If so, how do you like It? What do you dislike about It? My second question is if anyone works as a hospice aide do you stay at the patients house for a couple of hours or do you go to their house, clean them up and make sure they’re comfortable then leave to go to another patients house?
Reason why I’m asking this is because I have to work 1,000hrs as a CNA before applying to QMA. I am thinking about working in agency or hospice.
