Yes!! I just had this happen to me. 8 days ago I started spotting. The next day I had a full on flow with bright red blood just like yours. It almost looked neon pink. Went to EGU who told me I was having a miscarriage but to come back in a week. Went back today (I had a strong enough bleeding to have to change my pad every three hours for three days) and my HCG rose perfectly. Have to go back in 48 hours to see if an ultrasound will see anything. Should be 5w1d on Thursday.
