I went for a walk in the park while my hubby was working on his car, the park is right next to the neighborhood, like 1 house away from where hubby was, I made like 5 rounds and my baby fell asleep so I decided to go home, from the distance I noticed a girl riding her bike and she was looking the direction of the park, now I know she was looking directly at me, she crossed the street with her bike and started heading toward the park and she kept looking at me at this point, only looked away to look where she was going, while still a decent distance away I noticed she was smiling, she looked like a decent girl around my age, she did NOT look like a crazy person or something I should be worried about, no red flags whatsoever, I honestly thought she maybe wanted to look at my baby because a lot of people do that, but as soon as she was maybe 10-20 feet away (I’m not good with my distance) she started yelling at me to get out of her way really loud and very aggressive, so I moved onto the grass, but she followed me in and started ramming the stroller!! On purpose!! This was not accidental, she’s made some damage, my baby woke up and started crying and this girl kept ramming it hard!! I couldn’t fight back because I was worried that if I let go of my stroller it would flip over and my baby could get injured, normally I am not a fighter, from the start I was calm with her ( I’m used to people yelling from my job) but she would not leave me alone, she kept yelling get tf out of my way (I wasn’t in her way, I was well in the grass at this point) ‘I’m gonna f’ing beat you up, don’t f’ing talk to me, don’t f’ing raise your hands at me (I wasn’t) and then finally she started moving out of my way and I was trying to go home but as soon as I got onto the cement she started to come after me again!! I literally wasn’t doing anything to provoke her!! And she kept getting into my face as I was walking, mind you there were witnesses and they did NOTHINGGGGGGGG, finally I got to my house but I heard her yelling again and I turned around to look at her and I guess she didn’t like that and came after AGAIN almost getting to my door, at this point my hubby and his siblings heard the commotion and came out so she booked it and my hubby went after her on his car and called the cops, but she kept yelling that he’s stalking her to quit following her to leave her alone and multiple people called the cops on him, which I understand from their point of view but it’s so disappointing that people saw her attack me while I’m with my baby and NO ONE called, and when the cops came he explained that she attacked me and they said they weren’t going to do anything about it because she’s known as the crazy person, but if she’s being this physically aggressive they should ESPECIALLY done something about it, I have respect for cops, my hubby could tell that the cop he spoke with was a newbie and he made a mistake in not reporting it, I am still traumatized but this and i hope she gets help before she seriously hurts someone, her mom is refusing to get her help from what we heard about her

EDIT: we made a report today, I tried to not leave out any detail of what happened, I’m actually glad that they didn’t speak to me yesterday because I wouldn’t have even remembered half of the incident , hopefully it’s enough to at least get her the help she needs, I don’t want her hurting anyone and I don’t want anyone hurting her
