Does anyone know how to remove hidden tonsil stones? Unfortunately I have them and last night when I was looking down my throat with my phone light I flexed my throat muscles a bit and 3 tonsil stones became fully exposed in my tonsil but then as soon as I relaxed they went back in and now I can’t get them to come out again. Gross I know! But seriously this is driving me crazy. I just want those nasty things gone 🤢
