Anyone having any bad dreams where either you think you're awake. Or where you're tryin to wake up but cant and then suddenly wake up catching your breath or heart racing?? 😭😭 im starting to hate falling asleep.

*currently 16 weeks pregnant*

Had one where in my dream i couldn't breath and i was banging on the floor trying to get my aunt to help me breath. I woke up gasping and it felt like i couldn't actually breath.

Now i just had one where in the dream im calling my mom asking her to please wake me up and im shaking my son to get him to wake up. Im lookin around an everything is dark like all my nightlights my clocks are off. I jump off my bed to turn my light on and its not comin on whole time im on the phone with my mom tryna get my flash light too come on. Then i instantly wake up to my heart racing.

Both times i was only asleep for damn near 30-45mins
