So im so insecure with my body😭 i had my 1st baby 4 months ago and my body looks like gru from despicable me. I hate my body. Brod shoulders, fat stomache.. etc.

In all fairness, I love Gru☺... that aside, are you breastfeeding?
If you are still breastfeeding, you may need to hold on the exercises. 
The other thing that you need to understand is that, if it took 9 months for body to change shape, please don't be in a hurry to change it back. Your spine for example changed over 9 months, you don't want to be in a hurry to change it back.
Start with gentle exercises- brisk walking, swimming and you could also make dietary changes. The dietary changes are similar to those of a PCOS diet.
