I’ve been on the combination birth control pills since feb 2020 and I only had sex 1 time in the past year. I had sex without a condom yesterday and he ejaculated inside me. Should I be worried?

It says on this app that I’m in my ovulation week. Plus is it normal to have egg white discharge while on the pill?

I don’t usually get it but I was turned on yesterday since we had sex and I had egg white discharge does that mean I’m ovulating even if I’m on the pill?

I’ve been taking my pills everyday, never missed a pill but sometimes I take it 45mins late. Will I get pregnant by this?
