BFP or Chemical ?

Question

The middle test was run with water to prove to myself they aren’t indent lines since I’ve seen some horrible stories about this brand....my tests seem to be getting darker and pinker but my bbt dropped this morning and I’m on day 3 of spotting which is a sign for AF. Could this be a chemical?
(In person the lines are definitely pink)

They look like they’re getting darker to me.  I know strips take a while to get super dark

Update: Began bleeding 16dpo however my tests have continued to darken...so confusing.
I had my first blood draw 17 dpo came back 79 hcg and 5 progesterone so not looking good. Waiting on Yesterday’s (19dpo) lab results to verify everything.

I have these strips and it took absolutely forever to get dark. Mine won't even get darker than the control line and my hcg was over 7k about a week ago. I'd say the progression looks good :)

That's how mine looks and it ended up being a chemical.
