Sleep regression?

Anyone else going through a sleep regression?! Little guy has been waking up three nights now 12-3 😳😳 idk if this is the 24 month early but we are zombies.

I think mine has just passed it, I didn’t realise how bad it was until we were out of it 🤦‍♀️
Just keep up your normal routine and eventually it’ll pass 😊

One of mine went through it a few weeks ago and now my other is going through it. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Last night he was up from 12-4. 😩😩

Yep, for a couple weeks now. She's been waking up anywhere between 11-1. I feel like we were just starting to get good sleep in too. Hopefully she's grown out of it before her brother gets here next month.

Mine tried that for a couple of nights. The 18 month regression last 6 weeks for us so I’m hoping he doesn’t try that again. I’m 8 months pregnant and need my sleep .

Yes!!! Our little guy literally has been sleeping without a hitch the last 7 months and then BAM. He wakes around 4 and once or twice he was in full tantrum- usually he will play or babble back to sleep on the hour. And he’s skipped two naps this week. Stay consistent, some nights he is back to normal and I’m sure we will get through this one.

I came here to ask the same.. my son was up last night from 1130-3... thankfully he was quiet and just rolled around his bed until he went back to sleep. Hoping this isn’t something that lasts

Same here! I don’t know what’s happening. I thought it was teething but I don’t think it is. We fully went through 6 weeks of the 18 month sleep regression and the last week my son has been waking up every other night or every two nights at 4 am and then doesn’t go back to sleep until 5 or 6. Last night he was awake from 12:30-3:30 and was restless the rest of the night. 😫

We have had some early morning wakings (4/4.30am....) - night sleep is fine and so are naps it’s just the early mornings! We have tried changing things but decided to just go with it for now and stick to routine and see what happens. It’s tough! Hopefully it’ll end soon!

Yes! Apparently there is a regression around 21 months! It has been really rough. My son started climbing out of his crib. We converted to a toddler bed, then his dad slept on a mattress on his floor the first 2 nights to get him used to it. On the third night he did great and slept through the night by himself. Last night he came in my bed at midnight 😭 I thought we got through it
