I’m trying to keep calm after reading on google that blood in pee can mean cancer. I don’t think that’s the case.

I have no other symptoms, i was just surprised. No pain or discomfort. I never had pee in this colour. It was the type of orange that looks red as well. When I’m dehydrated it’s often brownish orange or dark yellow. But this one had a red tint which scared me.

No I’m not on my period, I’m ovulating at the moment. No I don’t take any medication, I only take vitamins, magnesium and zinc. And no, I didn’t eat beetroot.

When I wiped after I finished peeing, there was no colour on the paper.

Any ideas? I don’t know what to do.
