How did rainbow mommas attach in their pregnancy following a miscarriage?

I’m a day shy of 5 weeks.

I surpassed my previous chemical date but still struggle to open up and enjoy the thought of this being a successful pregnancy. I try and entertain the idea but I find I catch myself saying “if” I’m pregnant when there is no denying the IF aspect currently. Just looking for some advice.
