Exercise and TTC
Hey everyone, I work at a job where I sit at a computer all day. I haven’t worked out since we’ve been trying to conceive and would like to get back into it but I’m not sure of how that impacts early pregnancy so I keep telling myself to put it off just in case it harms potential implantation. Does anyone know of any proven links between exercise and this phase of the cycle? I’m sure it’s in my head but would love to validate it!
