Does saliva kill sperm?

I have read mixed articles about saliva killing sperm. Does this mean that oral sex before intercourse can kill sperm? Any information or input would be appreciated. Please be kind.

Im not sure about this, but I’ve read about it too. Just to be safe we don’t do oral during the fertile week.

It doesn't make a difference, the amount of saliva there will be once intercourse starts will be negligible and sperm doesn't sit in the shaft near the tip where the saliva was anyway. Pretty much everything kills sperm, including your vagina.

I’ve read it too but we’ve done oral both fertile weeks and I got pregnant. Maybe just shy away from it during that time to be safe?
