When did you start sending your baby to childcare or nanny?

My son turned 4 months last week. I am still a full time stay home mom. As much as I want to be home with my son 24/7, I am now starting to think about arranging childcare so I can get back into my career life. I wanted to know when other moms are starting childcare.

I sent my son to daycare at 6 weeks 😬

12 weeks. That's all I had for maternity leave.

My daughter just turned 4 months on January 29th and she started going to daycare on January 4.

With dad in the am while I’m working 5;45am-11:45 then I get home and take over he goes to work 1-10pm

I'll be sending my daughter to nursery in September at 11 months xx
