Could I get pregnant 7 days after ovulation ?

I had unprotected sex on cycle day 21. And I confirmed ovulation on cycle day 15. I’m
 Not trying to get pregnant. An I’m just stressing out.

No. The egg only lives for between 12-24 hours after ovulation. The only days that sex can possibly result in pregnancy are the five days leading up to ovulation and potentially the day after, for a total of 6 days of your cycle. 
After ovulation is over, the egg is dead and gone within a day. Any unprotected sex after the egg is gone cannot result in pregnancy. 
However, if you’re not properly confirming ovulation via blood test or BBT, it’s possible you didn’t ovulate when you think you did and could have ovulated later. In this instance, yes, it would be possible for sex to result in pregnancy.

If you ovulated on the day the app says and didn’t have sex before that day, them no. The egg lives between 12-24 hours so it would be long gone. 
You could if you had sex before because sperm can live 3-5 days (average 3) and 7 dpo is when implantation can occur.
