i am five days past my expected period. i tested this morning and it was a negative test.

however, my last sexual encounter was 1/31 and i was expected to start 2/4. no birth control, no ejaculation inside me. pre cum is an option, i’m aware. just curious what everyone else thinks.

should i wait and test on saturday again so that it would be a full two weeks? i’m just a little confused considering my period is late and i’m not getting a positive test. i guess it’s possible i ovulated later than i thought and or stress. also, i’m not temping and i know apps are not accurate for ovulation. i’m kind of judging off of cm.

side note: i am married and becoming pregnant would not be the worst thing so please don’t be mean.
