I’m confused

I took this test yesterday and it is for sure positive. This showed up within a minute but when I went to OB today, their test came back negative!!! They did a blood test and Dr. said if I am pregnant I will be just barely a month pregnant on Thursday which is when my period is expected.. I’m sooo lost. Here is a pic from my test yesterday. And I do feel pregnant because I have been pregnant 6 times
