Do you have to be careful with keto, you can develop high blood pressure and cholesterol. A high-protein diet isn’t bad, it’s high fat balance of catching up to you and you end up on blood pressure medication. My friend did keto she lost 40 pounds but she ended up on blood pressure medication. You can find protein in many things not just meat, meat is a good source, tuna, cottage cheese, But vegetables are also source of protein, the dark green leaf veggies, proteins shakes, cheese in general not just cottage, peanut butter, nuts, beans, hummus, Finding a good balance of fat and protein and carbohydrates, carbohydrates don’t have to be Bread, necessarily, they can be from fruits and vegetables. Fats can be guacamole, nuts, and you can definitely from this chicken beef etc. as well high protein is good for you, the sugar and the salt is where you end up gaining the weight. And bloating as well as having painful cycles because of the water retention. That’s why you’re losing weight is increasing your water, some kind of movement Whether it’s Weight training, walking, Zumba, kickboxing etc. something that’s fun that you don’t dread doing but enjoy doing. When it becomes a chore and it’s something you hate doing of course you’re not gonna want to do it. Find some kind of way to move your body, increase your hydration, self-care is also very important making sure you’re sleeping enough because when you don’t sleep enough your hormones get out of whack and it causes you to gain weight same thing with stress. And you end up loading and retaining water etc. And your nutrition, the less processed foods the better. Foods from the earth your fruits and veggies, cutting out the junk like soda, candy, cookies that kind of stuff you’re better off. You have to find what works best for you that is the main thing. With that is intermittent fasting, counting your macros, counting your calories, maintaining a calorie deficit, etc. you need to find what works best for you. And what works best for one person may not work best for you. Moving moving your body and eating healthy is the best way of losing weight. There’s no miracle pill there’s no gimmick , Basically it’s just the hard work of putting it in. Exercise and eating better. Whether that’s walking or anything else moving your body and eating better that’s basically it and taking care of yourself maintaining your levels of stress, making sure you’re eating enough, you’re hydrated etc.
High protein low carb diet suggestions?

I am trying to follow high protein, low carb diet. Trying for overall improvement of my health and weight. It's gonna be little hard since in meat I only really eat Chicken/sometimes turkey and no eggs! Just looking for good advice here 😊
