Did you stop consuming caffeine during pregnancy?

I am struggling. I drank a decent amount of caffeine before pregnancy (1-2 cups of coffee a day) and stopped when I became pregnant. My energy during my first trimester was very low, partially due to bad morning sickness. However, that whole “second trimester energy boost” hasn’t happened for me yet, at all. I’m still super low energy and just feeling blah. I was not a caffeine drinker before I had my first child so I just didn’t consume any during my first pregnancy. However, after I had my son I became dependent on caffeine. I think I need to start including some caffeine again but I feel guilty. However, I can’t just be sitting in the couch all day for the next 20 weeks again either. What are everyone’s thoughts on caffeine during pregnancy? I’m struggling to find any energy or motivation to do anything.
