Anyone constantly compare to other babies?

My little one is nearly 9 months. He is crawling and babbling but not waving, pointing or clapping. When I see other babies his age doing this on Instagram - I immediately worry he is behind. Anyone else guilty of this? :(

Babies develop at such different paces. I have two friends with May babies and all 3 of us are at different stages ...
Baby 1- babbles, crawls, sleeps through the night, 7 teeth 
Baby 2- has a few words, crawls, stands alone, claps, no teeth, awake every 2 hours at night
Baby 3- cannot crawl, cannot stand, babbles, rolls from belly to seated on her own, sleeps through the night 
all the exact same age!!!!!!!

I hate hearing from my stepmom “oh so and so started walking at 9 months” my daughter will be 9 months on the 26th and she rolls from her belly to back and turns herself but she has no interest in crawling...just yet. I often also compare my baby to others but then I have to remind myself that every baby develops at their own pace, and we just have to be patient with them! ☺️

My baby is 9 months and 1 week and just started crawling today. Your baby is fine :) don’t put unnecessary pressure on them or yourself  They really do things when they r ready

I'm guilty of doing this with my own kids. My first hits his physical milestones at warp speed so when this one came along I was worried as to why he wasnt doing it as fast as his brother. With that being said he is talking a lot sooner than his brother. Every kid develops different skills at a different pace.

Same! My son army crawls but doesn’t regular crawl. He just started clapping but most of his noises are screeches more so than babbling. He will be 9months on the 22nd

Yeah.  She's not clapping or waving.  I'm not too worried though.
