So I’m having my anatomy scan tomorrow at maternal fetal medicine. I have to have a level two due to my first born who was born with a cleft lip and palate and one kidney. ( no family history of clefts on either side of our family so was a huge shock) anyway so they are sending me there just to be safe. Well found out this afternoon that the Husband unit is not allowed to come and I’m not allowed to to record any of the ultrasound to show him. The most ridiculous thing to me though is that they are ok with my 2 year old being in the room running around and causing mischief. What sense does that make. Obviously I’m leaving my son at home with my husband, but I’m annoyed that he can’t be their to see tiny human and means of this baby to has a cleft I have to find out on my own.
