bleeding after finger in vagina

Okay so the other day I was messing around downstairs (if you know what I mean), and I decided to insert a finger into my vagina. I thought everything was okay until I went to the bathroom and there was blood. 2 days later and I’m getting a brownish discharge with some spotting and my vagina feels weird. can someone help me figure out what’s going on? I also just passed a small black blood clot so I’m getting concerned
