Any ideas for some healthy first trimester food?
Hi all!
I’m 6 weeks 2 days and just happy to be eating. This is our first baby!
My go to’s right now are bagels with cream cheese, cheese sticks, Buffalo wings (loving spicy always have), and noodles with butter.
My husband keeps asking when I’m going to eat healthy but absolutely nothing sounds good right now except those things.
Any advice or some good words to tell him so he backs off would be great 🤣
I know I need to get on it and I’ve gotten carrots, hummus, strawberries, lean protein, found some smoothie recipes, I’m ready but right now the thought of those things make me feel sick.
