Found out today I have PCOS

Went to the doctor today and found out I have PCOS. I came off of birth control and haven’t had a period in 6 months. I will start Provera tomorrow. Very nervous about the next steps of TTC. Lots of blood work and results still to come. Praying it will all work out.
