My doc said fasting should be 90, but I guess idk how bad that really is to be 10 over🤷‍♀️

That's really borderline..
Normal levels for a non diabetic are 60-70ish (I can't remember which it is) up to less than 100... so either between 60-99 or 70-99. 100 and higher is pre-diabetes and like 115-120+ is diabetes. 
(Have both types 1 and type 2 diabetics in the fam so familiar with it)

It’s pretty high for a fast. But I have low sugar so maybe it just seems high to me
