WARNING!!! TMI:Possible chemical miscarriage

So I think I may have had a miscarriage but I really don’t know and it’s kinda eating at me to know even though I also don’t really want to know if that makes sense but I went with no period that month so past my scheduled period and I had taken a test but it was negative but then had some bleeding like a period which I heard is normal when You have a chemical miscarriage and what had me thinking it is that was the fact that one time when I wiped I had some what look to me as some abnormal tissues come out and also felt something slightly weird come out which I thought was just a blood clot but honestly I know what those look like and to me this didn’t look like a normal clot so I guess I just wanna get some of y’all’s options and what y’all might think ?
