Perineum Tear 😳
Last night, I decided to explore the perineum massage to get more familiar with the techniques I’ve been learning about. I’m so sure I was gentle and only did it for 30-45 seconds and..well, I tore it. 😳 very lightly but there was some bleeding a quick sting. No pain or bleeding today but I’m very aware of it when cleaning after going to the bathroom. Has this happened to anyone else? Should it have happened at all? 🥴
