Done everything ‘right’ and still no luck

I knew I wasn’t pregnant but tested anyway, I hate all this waiting 😭 1 year & one missed miscarriage in July later.. BFN🥺 Struggling so bad with endo pain, interstitial cystitis, IBS, and a few other chronic conditions. I don’t know if I can carry on 😓
