So I’m curious and don’t know much people with Pcos and unable to contact my gyn so easily. I’ve been taking Junel fe for 3 weeks now, I’m on the placebo week. I was cramping a ton, painful ones 3-4 days before placebo week and spotting and then 2nd placebo pill day heavy period and continuing cramps. Because of Pcos i know I have cysts and today I passed a large clot after technically pushing it out. My question is, is this possibly the pills working against the cysts and thats the reason for the heavy period and clots?
