2 weeks late

Y’all I’m 2 weeks late (14days) and I have YET to get my period. I didn’t get my period in January and I took like 10 test and they all were negative .. Any ideas why? This is my 1st time since I’ve gotten my period (age 11) that I’ve missed it.. (24 yrs old)
