I am 5 weeks now and this morning I started to have period cramps. It feels just like I am having my full blown period. I have a lot of pressure down there and it hurts to strain or poop (sorry TMI). When I wiped this morning, there was a lot of blood. I am hoping and praying that this is not a miscarriage but I feel like it is 😞 I am a FTM so this is scarring me. Anyone have the same thing happen and you and baby turn out to be fine? Prayers needed 🙏🏾💕
