Took temp at 4am instead of 5ish. That’s when my body woke up ugh. Google says to add 0.2 degrees if bbt taken one hour before.. is that a thing?? Also things are so whacky with breastfeeding, I don’t think I ovulated ugh. Sorry I posted so much. I had a chemical in December (caught first egg) then had my first postpartum period last month (very very light/spotting) now haven’t captured a positive OPK ugh.
